Alicia has always had a love for horses and enjoys riding the trails when ever she gets a chance.
What I Love About My Job
Alicia enjoys meeting and getting to know all of her clients and finding the perfect match when it comes to real estate.
This past year, I tried unsuccessfully for 6 months to sell my home on my own. I finally realized by having a realtor, I would gain a listing in the mls and a spot on the ReMax website. As well, by having a realtor I could gain the interest of other realtors and their clients. I also realized how a “for sale by owner” could be a potential risk for an out of state buyer. Once I listed the house with Alicia, she had an offer within 45 days. I also had Alicia represent me as a buyer. She knows the ins and outs of real estate. She has a wonderful personality and a great sense for how to work the negotiating process. And she’s willing to listen to what you want or hope for in selling or buying your home. She’ll most certainly help you get the most out of your sale or the best price when making a purchase.
